The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan up to the amount of 8,000,000 PLN. The contractor will provide the contracting authority with a loan in Polish currency, under the conditions specified in the SWZ. The contracting authority will allocate funds from the loan to finance the planned budget deficit up to the amount of 100,000 PLN and to cover obligations planned in the budget expenditures up to the amount of 7,900,000 PLN. The loan will be granted from the date of signing the contract until the complete repayment of the principal and interest, i.e., until December 31, 2032.
