The State of the Netherlands invites potential bidders to submit bids for the public European tender for the acquisition of a SaaS solution for construction software to create and manage exam questions for the Financial Supervision Act (Wft). The goal is to conclude a service agreement with one supplier. The objective of the assignment is to acquire construction software that can be used to create Wft exams that can be exported to Facet. These exams are part of the Wft competency framework. This tender applies to the construction part, specifically for the software to create and manage exam questions. We are looking for a SaaS solution to facilitate DUO in maintaining and/or enhancing the level of its current service in the area of exam construction and the receipt of items (with metadata) for these exams.
