The Works for this RFT shall include flood protection measures, installation of sheet-pile floodwall and embankments, stormwater and groundwater infrastructure, roading upgrades, City to Sea Pathway and access works, and landscaping and siteworks. Additionally, it includes the construction of a stormwater first flush basin, twin stormwater treatment wetlands, and the final length of the upstream piped connection, along with the abandonment of remaining stormwater and wastewater pipes.
