The primary task of the contractor is to ensure timely and needs-based psychotherapeutic care for each insured person participating in the care contract through video-based online psychotherapy. This aims to avoid existing supply bottlenecks, particularly due to long waiting times and limited access opportunities due to regional circumstances or individual mobility restrictions, and to ensure as low-threshold and early treatment as possible.
