The objective of the training to be contracted is to implement good labor practices that allow for increased care of the health and well-being of the employees, applying tools that promote coordination with the work team through the strengthening of emotional management competencies; selecting and implementing techniques that ensure adequate attention and satisfaction of user needs; and providing the best possible technical tools for the development of the individuals who perform their duties in the Service.
