The municipality of Hoeksche Waard aims to develop a sustainable technical craftsmanship learning pathway for residents who are not yet able to enter a regular vocational training or sustainable employment. This includes status holders, residents under the Participation Act, and other job seekers who wish to orient themselves towards a technical career. The learning pathway focuses on practical introduction to technology at or near MBO level 1, development of employee skills, vocational skills, certification, and transition to employers.
