📋 Tender Overview
The Local Public Education Service of Barrancas, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 21.040, is responsible for the administration of educational establishments and kindergartens in the municipalities of Cerro Navia, Lo Prado, and Pudahuel. Therefore, in fulfilling its functions as a supporting entity, it requires the Integrated Service for Inventory Taking (Movable Assets and Consumable Goods and Supplies) for 38 Educational Units, Central Offices, and Warehouse. The purpose of this tender is to contract an integrated service composed of three complementary components: a) Physical census inventory service for the 38 educational units, school canteens and warehouses, central offices, and warehouses of the Local Public Education Service Barrancas; b) Implementation and technological integration of RFID/NFC on the institutional fixed asset management system currently in use; c) Provision of technological equipment, capture devices, and mass supply of smart labels necessary for institutional asset operation.
