to hire a production company to take charge of the general production, coordination, and comprehensive execution of the VIII Forum of Subnational Territories of the Bioceanic Capricorn Corridor - CBC, in the city of Antofagasta, between November 23 and 26, 2026, covering all services, products, and goods required for the development of the event, namely, the provision of venues and halls, audiovisual and IT equipment, catering, graphic materials, communication services, streaming, translation and accessibility, security and emergency response, production and logistics of the Business Fair, and measuring its carbon footprint, including operational planning, setup, testing, execution, and dismantling of the services, in accordance with the provisions established in the Technical Bases.
