The AOK Baden-Württemberg intends to conclude non-exclusive discount contracts for pharmaceuticals in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies. This is an Open-House procedure, and the contract duration begins no earlier than January 1, 2027, and lasts a maximum of 24 months, ending no later than December 31, 2028. The contract can be concluded at any time within this period on the first day of the month. Aripiprazole in extended-release forms, Epoetin alfa, Epoetin beta, Epoetin zeta, PEG-Epoetin beta, Glatiramer acetate, Lisdexamfetamine dimesylate in hard capsule form (excluding pack sizes of 30).
