To empower zimbabwean citizens to hold the state to account for its use of resources and its respect for human rights and democratic principles by providing civil society and media organisations with £19m of support over five years from 2021 to 2026. This will result in improvements in 1) access to media and information 2) advocacy for electoral reform 3) promotion of human rights and equality 4) access to justice for the marginalized 5) and transparency and citizen engagement in the use of public resources.
