Description : Construct water main replacements. Water main replacements are required as per the Water Service Network Plan 2014 and technical analysis. This capital amount allows for the capital project portion of planning (i.e. predesign, concept, design) as well as the engineering and construction of water main replacements. The program proactively replaces water mains to reduce the risk of water main breaks.
