Project Description
Senior loan of up to AZN 126 million (EUR 65 million equivalent) to Veyseloglu Group (the "Group"), a leading food retail and FMCG player in Azerbaijan. The Project includes investments into the Group's store network and transport fleet expansion, as well as construction of new distirbution center in Azerbaijan.
The Project is expected to benefit from a first-loss risk cover provided by the European Union under the EFSD+ Guarantee Agreement "Municipal, Infrastructure and Industrial Resilience Guarantee Programme Plus".
Project Objectives
The Project will support the Group's growth through long-term financing for modern logistics and retail expansion, while addressing critical capacity and supply-chain constraints.
