Unit Greer Development Tender

scopeBlackstream Development LLC is the applicant requesting an annexation and a rezoning on a portion of the site proposed for the community off Gap Creek and North Howell Road across from Greer High School. The subdivision on 237.7 acres of vacant farmland off Gap Creek and North Howell Road is one of a number of new communities proposed in that area of northern Greer. 750 units is being proposed that would back up to his property. The project could take seven to 10 years to complete with work beginning in two years.
