Scope : To Develop Uber Luxury Residential Project at the Golf Course Road Extension (GCRE) in Gurugram, Haryana.
Realty developer M3M will invest Rs 1,200 crore in developing one million sq. ft. of uber luxury residential project at the Golf Course Road Extension (GCRE) in Gurugram, Haryana. The four-acre project is part of the 60-acre M3M Golf Estate, boasting a revenue potential of Rs 4,000 crore.
The project is being designed by globally renowned architects from London, Uptown Hansen Architects (UHA). There will be 350 residences, with prices ranging from 10 crore to Rs 30 crore. The project in GCRE, the preferred investment destination in the country, will be delivered by 2031.
M3M Altitute landscape is being designed by the Oracle Landscape. The apartments will comprise four BHK and penthouses ranging from 3,780 sq. ft. to 8,000 sq. ft. The project features the tallest sky club, spread over two million sq. ft., equipped with a host of amenities for the residents and will be connected with the residential units through a glass-air bridge, slated to be the largest interconnected glass bridge in the city.
