Scope The New Hospital of High Complexity Piura project will be have a High Complexity Specialities and its area of influence includes insured persons and their dependents entitled to benefit from this service from the departments of Piura and Tumbes.The mention hospital will have a modern infrastructure of approx 342 hospital beds and high tech equipment. The health care services will continue to be provided by ESSALUD while the infrastructure maintenance managment and equipment will the responsability of a private operator as well as the food services laundry security housekeeping-cleaning hospital waste management and sterilization.The project will mainly consist in the following Design Construction and Hospital equipment clinical and non-clinical. Operation of non-well services gray coat The New Piura High Complexity Hospital project will be developed in a plot of land owned by ESSALUD having a total area of 50000 m2 and a perimeter of 894.82 m located in the District Province and Department of Piura.It counts with the technical conditions require for this type of project and comprises the sub -plot 02 MAZ D Parcela J Industrial zone contiguous to Av. Snchez Cerro North - West sector comprising in the district province and deparment of Piura.
