Description : This project will design and construct new restrooms, large ramada to accommodate parties of up to 150, water meter, and irrigation upgrades. The project will also remove the old playground, which has served its useful lifespan and reinstall it south of the existing pool in conformance with design plans prepared by GLA in 2020 as part of the pool expansion. The new playground will include new units, shade structure, pour in place surfacing in key areas, and engineered wood fiber. This project assumes a cost of $300k for new restrooms, $300k for the new group ramada, $500,000 for the new playground unit, shade structure, and surfacing, and $200,000 for irrigation repairs for a total project cost of $1,300,000 with design at 10%.
