SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Overall goal
The Ministry of Environment (MoEnv), acting as the GCF National Designated Authority (NDA) in Moldova, approached ADA regarding a potential GCF project, with the tentative title Climate Change Adaptation: Ecosystem-based Adaptation (EbA) in semi-arid ecosystems to increase rural resilience in Moldova . Based on a GCF-endorsed Concept Note (CN), ADA will coordinate the development of a full Funding Proposal (FP) with a view to submit it to the Green Climate Fund, with ADA acting as the Accredited Entity. With this background, a Consultancy firm for specific tasks related to the quality assurance of the GCF Funding Proposal (FP) will be hired. The purpose and objective of this assignment is to draft a conflict sensitivity analysis, assuring the quality of the FP and technically reviewing specific Annexes as to be submitted to the GCF. The review shall draw on the relevant documentation and focus on quality assurance, especially the accompanying studies and the GCF Programming Manual.
