Project Description
The proposed investment entails a EUR9 million IFC Loan to SANIFER SARLU and KIBO SARLU (jointly the Companies ). The IFC Loan will support i) the development of five new stores (three SANIFER stores and two KIBO stores); ii) the implementation of Sage X3 ERP system; and iii) the partial refinancing of the Borrowers’ outstanding working capital credit facility (jointly the Project ). SANIFER specializes in the import, distribution, and retail of construction, and home improvement materials while KIBO operates modern grocery retail stores.
