Scope :
The objective of the TC is to contribute to the development of a new concessionality model to better tackle the challenges of the poorest countries in the region, and create positive incentives that address vulnerability and promote regional and global public goods. Specifically, this TC will be supporting i) the design of a methodology to measure the vulnerability of countries to external shocks; ii) the development a framework for financial and non financial incentives for countries in LAC to tackle shared challenges.
