Scope :
The objective of the technical cooperation is to improve the institutional capacity of subnational governments to apply open innovation tools to address development challenges. Specifically, it will aim to provide technical support to state and municipal governments in implementing innovative solutions through different public procurement for innovation instruments, especially the public contracts for innovation solutions modality, established under the Legal Framework for Startups.
