Viceroy Properties has launched Viceroy PRIVÉ, a standalone signature residential tower in Thakur Village, Kandivali East, in the western suburb of Mumbai.
The project has approximately 1.48 lakh sq. ft. carpet area for sale, and offers four and five-BHK apartments, with only two apartments per floor. Duplexes range from 2,300-3,200 sq. ft. and is priced at Rs eight crore onwards.
Viceroy PRIVÉ will house 61 select families offering lifestyle amenities with a blend of spacious living, natural light and ventilation.
The construction has commenced and is expected to be completed and ready for possession by December, 2027. The developer is targeting an estimated sales value of approx. Rs 400 to Rs 450 crore.
