Scope : Setting up 66 Solar Power Plants in Punjab
Punjab plans to reduce its reliance on fossil fuels by setting up 66 solar power plants, each with a capacity of 4 MW, totalling 264 MW.
This was informed during a meeting chaired by minister of new and renewable energy sources Aman Arora and power minister Harbhajan Singh ETO.
