Scope of WorkConstruction of Skywalk mixed-use project in 6th of October City.DescriptionEgypts Skywalk Developments is planning to deliver its 8 billion Egyptian pounds 513 million Skywalk mixed-use project in 6th of October City by 2026. The 280000 sqm 800-unit project includes offices commercial units and a 5-star-hotel and is the companys first project in the country. The projects entertainment district which includes a health resort an Olympic gym a food court kids area and Spa was launched by end-2019 and is scheduled to be delivered by 2021. The 5-star property is expected to be delivered by end-2023 and would be operated by an international hotel chain. The commercial area would be launched by 2020. The Skywalk project has been designed by Los Angeles-based JERDE and UK-based GB Designs.
