Sierra Leone Solar PV Park is a 50MW solar PV power project. It is planned in Western Area, Sierra Leone.
It will be developed in a single phase. The project construction is likely to commence in 2024 and is expected to enter into commercial operation in 2026.
Description
The project is being developed by Shenzhen Energy Group and Sunon Asogli Power. The project is co-owned by China Africa Development Fund and Shenzhen Energy Group, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
