Description : Reconstruct failed sidewalks and asphalt walkways at various locations throughout the City. Pedestrian network study has identified deficiencies within the pedestrian network. This capital amount allows for the capital project portion of planning (i.e. predesign, concept, design) as well as the construction of identified sidewalk links and asphalt walkways not meeting level of service expectations.
