Description:
Spanning an area of 228,212 sqm, Sheya is strategically located near the New Administrative Capital (NAC). The project stands out with its unique designs and a variety of services aimed at meeting the needs and aspirations of Madinet Masr’s clients. This launch aligns with the company’s growth and expansion plan, as well as its achievement of record-breaking sales in 2023.
Sheya offers a total of 744 residential units, including 420 S-Villas and 324 apartments, studios, and duplexes. The project features a wide range of unique recreational facilities, including a clubhouse, water lagoons, and vast green landscapes, all designed to enhance the prosperity and enjoyment of its residents. With the launch of Sheya, Madinet Masr has achieved total sales of EGP 5.1 bn, and the project is expected to be fully completed within four years.
