Scope :
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of its seventh Taj hotel in Bengaluru. It will collaborate with BCM Group and Rajesh Mehta on this project to deliver the quintessential Taj experience. Reinforcing IHCL’s strategy of strengthening its presence in metro cities and catering to the MICE and weddings segment, the resort will cater to the city's business and leisure travelers.
Spanning 14 acres of lush landscape, the 225+ key Taj resort boasts designed rooms, an all-day diner, and two specialty restaurants, and lounge bar. The hotel will offer a 20,000 sq. ft ballroom with 11 versatile meeting rooms and other banqueting areas. For relaxation and rejuvenation, guests can enjoy the gym, health club, swimming pool, and treatment rooms.
BCM Group is promoted by Rajesh Mehta who is also the promoter of proposed Taj in Indore, Sheraton Grand Palace Indore. BCM Group has developed several retail and commercial projects in Indore and Bangalore.
