Scope : To Build a Self-Sustainable Township Project in Panipat, Haryana
M3M India has acquired a 350 acre land parcel in Panipat, Haryana for building a self-sustainable township with an investment of Rs 2,700 crore
The project will serve multiple space requirements such as residential, retail, expandable villas, floors, infrastructure along with schools, temples, and social clubs among others. Supporting amenities such as green belt, parks and waterparks are part of the planned green landscape. The residential units will be constructed at a plot size of 300, 500, 750 and 1,000 square yards.
The land cost amounts to Rs 1,500 crore, including mandatory government fees, and a further investment of Rs 1,200 crore will be incurred towards the development of the project. It will fetch a revenue of Rs 5,000 crore.
M3M will launch the project in February 2023 and expects to deliver it in the next 15-18 months.
