The use of a model combining well-targeted skills training capacity building and support to enter formal and informal economies will enhance youth employment in agriculture. Building on Switzerlands established relationship with SADC and its recognised technical and vocational training expertise Switzerland plays a key role in facilitating this work at regional level.
