The São Paulo Government announces the expansion of Line 13-Jade. There will be an additional 15 km of extension and 6 new stations, ensuring greater fluidity and comfort for passengers between the metropolitan region and the capital.
Expansion of Line 13-Jade will connect Guarulhos to downtown São Paulo. With an expansion of approximately 15 km, Line 13-Jade of metropolitan trains will be the branch with the largest investment in the Alto Tietê Lote concession, which also includes lines 11-Coral and 12-Safira . The estimated value, for Line 13 alone, is BRL 2.5 billion (USD 440 million).
