1 Facility improvements
Rehabilitation of the 7.8km target road section (including construction of a climbing lane and widening of sharp curves in six locations).
2 Consulting services
Detailed design work, bidding assistance, construction/procurement supervision, training (in road design as well as construction, safety, and maintenance management).
