Sharadchandrika Infra Projects intends to develop residential villas at Tellapur village in Sanga Reddy, Medak district of Telangana.
The upcoming project will span over 19.34 acres of land and would comprise 214 villas with G+2 floors, amenities block of G+3 floors, including parking space for each villa.
Sharadchandrika Infra Projects is awaiting for environmental clearance (EC) and other mandatory approvals for the project.
Work on the project is expected to begin in Q4/FY24 and completion is scheduled for December, 2027.
