Ramky Estates & Farms is planning to construct residential villas at Mankhal in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.
The proposed project will cover over 22.49 acres of land comprising villas of G+2 floors, amenities block with G+3 floors, including parking facilities for each villa.
Ramky Estates & Farms is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) and other necessary permissions for its upcoming project. As it receives approvals, it will soon finalise the contractor.
The company expects to commence work on the project in Q3/FY24 and complete it by December 2027.
