Scope : To Set up Residential Tower at 'Brigade El Dorado' in Bengaluru, Karnataka
Brigade Group has launched its latest residential tower, 'Cobalt', at its expansive 50-acre township, Brigade El Dorado, located in KIADB Aerospace Park in Bengaluru. The overall project size is around 6.1 million sq. ft. including residential, shopping, wellness, and entertainment facilities.
Comprising 948 one-bedroom apartments, the company has pegged the potential revenue value at over Rs 400 crore. The project is seamlessly designed to integrate contemporary living with natural surroundings with over 40 acres of open spaces full of lush greenery and picturesque landscaping. Cobalt boasts innovative design, commitment to sustainability, and a range of amenities, promising a living experience which blends contemporary living with nature. The tower is expected to be completed by Q2/FY29.
Part of the all-encompassing Brigade El Dorado, residents will enjoy a diverse range of over 80 amenities, including a hospital, a central park, a multiplex, sports and retail facilities. The development is situated five minutes away from Kempegowda International Airport and commercial establishments, IT Parks, and the upcoming Airport Metro in its vicinity.
