Scope To Construct Residential Project near Marine Lines and Charni Road in south Mumbai Maharashtra.Realty developer Prestige Projects has acquired a sea-facing land parcel for over Rs 704 crore from DB Realtys subsidiary Marine Drive Hospitality Realty. The land is located near Marine Lines and Charni Road in south Mumbai Maharashtra.The Prestige Group plans to construct two luxury residential towers overlooking the Queens necklace and the Arabian Sea. With the completion of this project the company will mark its footprint in Mumbai. The plot valued at over Rs 306 crore per acre is expected to be the most expensive land transactions anywhere in the country.
