Urbanwoods Realty has received environmental clearance (EC) to develop a residential-cum-commercial complex 'Thrive' at Khajaguda in the Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.
The proposed project will span over 5.32 acres of land parcel and would comprise a residential complex including two blocks with 4B+G+38 storey, studio apartments including one block with 4B+S+17 floors, an amenities block including 4B+G+6 floors and a commercial complex including one block with 4B+G+mezz+ 36 floors including retail, food court and offices.
Urbanwoods Realty is awaiting the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) approvals. As it receives clearance, the company will finalise the contractor for the project.
