Viraj Estate is planning to develop a residential-cum-commercial complex 'Quillion Park' at Govind Nagar in Nashik district of Maharashtra.
The proposed project will come up over 6.29 acres of land parcel and comprises construction of four residential towers of 28 floors with 412 flats and two commercial buildings with 113 shops and 154 offices including parking facility.
In Q2/FY23, Viraj Estate received environment clearance for the project. Land levelling work is in progress for the project.
The company is expecting to complete the construction work by the end-2026.
