Ausil Corpn. is developing a residential-cum-commercial complex 'Palash Homes' at Sarkhej in Ahmedabad district of Gujarat.
The project will spread over 1.9 acres of land parcel, and comprises the construction of five blocks of two-level Basement+Ground+ 14 Floors with 602 flats and 56 retail shops, including parking provision.
Work on the project started in September 2022, even as the project has also received environmental clearance from the SEIAA, Gujarat.
Around 20 percent work on the project has been completed.
The company expects to complete the project by December 2026.
