Devmit Infrastructure is developing a residential-cum-commercial complex 'Maple Green Homes' at Pethapur in Gandhinagar district of Gujarat.
The proposed complex will spread over 1.63 acres of land parcel, and comprises the construction of four buildings with eight blocks of B+G+7 upper floors which includes a total of 224 flats and 19 shops, along with a parking facility.
In May 2022, Devmit Infrastructure received environmental clearance from the SEIAA, Gujarat for the project.
Around 40 percent work on the project has been completed.
The company expects to complete the work on the project by end-2026.
