Scope : To Develop a Residential-Cum-Commercial Complex 'Anandville' at Baragharia in Darjeeling district of West Bengal.
Shanti Developers, Siliguri, is developing a residential-cum-commercial complex 'Anandville' at Baragharia in Darjeeling district of West Bengal. Till date, the structural work for wing A and B has been completed, and internal work is in progress. In addition, 10 floors of wing C and 11 floors of wing D slab work are underway.
The proposed project will span over 6.77 acres of land and will be implemented in two phases.
The complex comprises nine residential wings A to F, H and J with B+G+13 storey, wing G with B+G+10 storey including a commercial area on the first and second floors of wings H and J along with a parking facility.
The project also involves setting up a sewage treatment plant (STP) with a capacity of 520 klpd based on advanced technology.
Shanti Developers expects to complete the work for phase-1 by December 2024. As phase-1 gets completed, the work on phase-2 will commence, with the completion date scheduled for December 2028.
