LJM Estate intends to construct a residential-commercial complex in Mundhawa village in Haveli taluka, Pune district of Maharashtra.
With a built-up area of 1,28,903.60 sq. mtrs., the complex will cover 3.73 acres of land. It would consist of Building 'A' (commercial) with 2B+4 podium+13 floors, 'D' Wing (MHADA) with G+8 floors, 'C' Wing with 2B+G+12 floors and a clubhouse with G+1 floor.
LJM Estate is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) as well as other local permissions for the project.
The project is anticipated to start by January 2024. Furthermore, the contractor is yet to be appointed.
