M B Infra intends to develop a residential-cum-commercial complex at Beltarodi in Nagpur district of Maharashtra.
The proposed project will span over 1.97 acres of land comprising four residential wings ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’, and ‘D’ with B+G+P/M+14 floors, along with flats, shops, offices, a multipurpose hall, two bungalows with G+1 floor, a clubhouse with G+1 floor, including parking facilities.
M B Infra plans to commence construction work on the project by January 2024, and the contractor is yet to be finalised.
Presently, the company is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) and other necessary permissions for the project.
The application for RERA registration is yet to be submitted.
