Prasun Associates intends to construct a residential-cum-commercial complex at Kharadi in Pune district of Maharashtra.
The proposed project will cover over 1.58 acres of land parcel comprising two residential buildings, building 'A' with B+G+18 floors and a recreational floor, building 'B' of B+G+7 floors, including clubhouse, commercial shops as well as various modern amenities.
Prasun Associates expects to begin work on the project by November 2023.
At present, the company is awaiting environment clearance (EC) and other necessary permissions for the project.
The RERA registration application is yet to be submitted.
