Scope : To Develop a Residential-Cum-Commercial Complex at Bavdhan Khurd in Mulshi taluka, Pune district of Maharashtra.
Aadi Infrastructure intends to develop a residential-cum-commercial complex at Bavdhan Khurd in Mulshi taluka, Pune district of Maharashtra.
The project will spread over 3.02 acres of land and would comprise three towers, Tower 'A' with BP+G+15 floors, Tower 'B' (MHADA) of B+G+11 floors and Tower 'C', which will be a commercial building and will include 2B+G+11 floors, along with a clubhouse of G+1 floor, including various modern amenities.
Aadi Infrastructure is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) for the project.
Work on the project is expected to commence by Q3/FY24, and completion is scheduled for December, 2027.
