Shivay Infra is planning to develop a residential-cum-commercial complex at Labhandih village in Raipur district of Chhattisgarh.
The complex will span over 3.13 acres of land and involve five residential towers, a commercial club, and commercial shops, as well as waste management, stormwater management, a water supply system, a sewerage system, fire-fighting management, adequate parking, and a green area.
In February 2023, Shivay Infra is awaiting environment clearance for the project.
The company expects to commence the work on the project in Q2/FY24.
