Scope : To Develop a New Residential-Cum-Commercial Complex at Punawale in the Pune district of Maharashtra.
Lifecraft Realty is awaiting RERA's approval to develop a new residential-cum-commercial complex at Punawale in the Pune district of Maharashtra.
The proposed project will cover over 1.93 acres of land parcel comprising five buildings such as building A (Commercial+MHADA) with a basement parking (BP)+G+Mezz+12 floors; building B, C with a BP+G+Mezz+14 floors; and building D,E with a BP+G+Mezz+10 floors in addition to flats, shops, restaurant and club house of S+2 floors with an additional parking facility.
The project also includes the construction of a sewage treatment plant (STP) with a capacity of 200 klpd with advanced technology.
On 24 November 2022, Lifecraft Realty received an environmental clearance from the state environment impact assessment authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra.
The company expects to commence the work on the project by February 2023, with the completion scheduled for January 2027.
