MWS Towers is awaiting environmental clearance to develop a residential complex 'World Square Tower' at Hubballi in the Dharwad district of Karnataka.
The complex will span over 1.92 acres of land comprising three towers with B+G+8 storey, including flats with an additional parking provision.
MWS Towers expects to commence the work on the project by mid-2023. Furthermore, the company is yet to finalise contractor for the project.
