Scope : To Develop Residential Complex in Kanainatshal, West Bengal
The Ullahas Nandini Udyog is planning to develop a residential complex ‘Southwind Exotica’ at Kanainatshal in Bardhaman district of West Bengal.
The project will spread over 2.08 acres of land and comprises three towers of B+G+12 floors with 277 flats, including parking facility for 273 vehicles.
It also includes implementation of sewage treatment plant (STP) with a capacity of 200 KLD based on MBBR technology.
Ullahas Nandini Udyog is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) for the project. Foundation work for the project is underway.
The work is scheduled for completion by December 2027.
