Scope : To Develop a Residential Complex 'SNR Lake View Valley' at Gajularamaram village, Medchal-Malkajgiri in Hyderabad district of Telangana.
SNR SKAB Projects is planning to develop a new residential complex 'SNR Lake View Valley' at Gajularamaram village, Medchal-Malkajgiri in Hyderabad district of Telangana.
The project will spread over 18.26 acres of land parcel, and comprises the construction of nine towers of C+S+5 floors with 410 flats, and an amenities block of C+5 floors including parking facility.
The company is awaiting statutory clearances for the project and has also applied for environment clearance.
The work on the project is expected to commence by June 2023, and be completed by March 2027.
