Scope : To Construct Sheladia Divine', a residential complex at Bopal in the Ahmedabad district of Gujarat.
Real Home Construction intends to commence the civil work on 'Sheladia Divine', a residential complex, in Q1/FY24, at Bopal in the Ahmedabad district of Gujarat.
The proposed project will cover a land parcel measuring over 1.58 acres comprising five blocks involving block A with a B+GF or hollow plinth+12 floors; and block B,C,D,E with a B+GF or hollow plinth+13 floors.
The project also includes setting up a sewage treatment plant (STP) with a capacity of 90 klpd.
Real Home Construction Co. received environmental clearance from the state environment impact assessment authority (SEIAA) for the project in November 2022.
The company has already finalised the architect and the contractor.
